RAT RODS

Rat Rods are a new twist of the original hot rod style best known from the 1950s. Contrary to the high budget Hot Rod concept of today, Rat Rods are lower budget one off customs made from bodies of coupes and roadsters from the 1930s - 1950s set low to the frame with exposed engines, fat tire combos, finished with primer-like paints and made from a combination of parts from different makes and models.

At Concepts On Wheels, Rat Rods are our raw inspiration for creating the craziest customs that “oohs and ahhs” the crowds at all the big shows.
