Our state of the art Serdi machines offer the best possible mating surface for your valves to rev on. Your seats are machined with a carbide cutter. All 3 angles on the seat are cut at the same time and vacuum-tested to ensure the tightest leak down tolerances.

Your head and block mating surfaces are refinished on our Winnona Van Norman resurfacer. We can resurface your head as little as .001" of an inch - with no run out.

Cylinder boring is done with 5 Kwik Way Boring Bars with the ability to bore cylinders ranging from 1.375" to 9". We can do inline and V blocks.

Our top of the line Sunnen CK-21 automatic hone will finish your cylinder bores with the best possible finish and with the highest tolerances, within 2 tenths of a thou .

If you spin a main bearing, your block can be line bored to spec so it\'s ready to be put back to work.

We use our Sunnen CR18 to replace stock pistons on your stock rods.

For a precision mating surface, we grind your valves on our Kwik Way valve grinder.

To ensure your port 'n polished head is done right, we complete airflow research on our Superflow 110 Flowbench.

We do all your work in-house - including balancing - so you don't have to wait on one shop to finish your job before another shop can assemble your engine.

To custom fit T-top sleeves in your Honda block, we use our milling machine. No pre-fabricated sleeves here - each block gets its own personal set of sleeves!
