Enter the contest by coming to the 2006 Canadian Street Nationals, Barrie Event Centre on July 21-23. Fill out one a ballot and drop it off at one of the Concepts On Wheels tents. Then, tell us the story behind your vehicle (on-line) and how $10,000 will move it closer to becoming your Dream Machine. On or before July 31st, 2006, you will be e-mailed a link to an on-line form where you will have the opportunity to tell us – briefly – your story. The Canadian Street Rod Association (CSRA) and Xtreme Motorsports Group (XMG) are proud to bring this prestigious annual national event to the City of Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

This annual 3rd week of July event has been known up till now as the CANATS (short for Canadian Nationals) and has been hosted by many cities across Canada. As the CSRA moves into their next chapter, the event has been officially renamed to "Canadian Street Nationals" and will be in Barrie for 3 years beginning in 2005.

On July 21st through July 23rd, 2006, the Barrie Event Centre will be the place to be as "All Rods Lead to Barrie" for a 3-day trip down memory lane as an estimated 1800+ pre-1980 vehicles will be on display along with interactive displays, exhibits, seminars and entertainment.

As owners and their cars ("The real stars") begin to arrive into Barrie, we plan on holding various activities/themed events geared towards making this an exhibition for participants and the public to truly enjoy!

As part of our event, we are looking forward to providing participants and spectators the opportunity to view various Vendors/Exhibitors (outdoor/indoor), Swap Meet, Car Corral, Craft Show and so much more. With an anticipated 1,800+ cars and 25,000-30,000 spectators - This will be a showcase for all of Canada to be proud of.
